SSEN Refund Policy

SSEN believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the customer has made duplicated or overlapping subscription plans/or match/tournament pass within the same day.
  • SSEN does not accept cancellation requests for subscriptions or passes in any other circumstance except the one mentioned above
  • In case of any Refunds approved by SSEN, it’ll take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
